Responsibilities
1. Make UX/UI Designer and Visual Design work easy to use. effective answer customer's question Able to create and design Flow chart, UX/UI for business
3. Attend meetings with customers to receive requirements and present their work.
4. Recommend adjusting the needs of customers and users to be more practical and usable.
5. Plan the design for the project and coordinate with the relevant team to schedule the timely delivery of the work. and jointly improve
6. Make suggestions, offer opinions and contribute to improvements. Develop information systems to meet business needs
7. Continuous design control with front-end designers and developers of each project from conception to production. to be as designed
8. Study and acquire knowledge about UX/UI to upgrade and keep product style up to date.
9. Conduct Usability Test, follow up and analyze each step. to solve usability problems Website/Application for users
11. Collaborate with other parties for planning Create products and services according to the problems received to make the work come out as good and complete as possible

Applicant qualifications
1.Have knowledge and understanding user-centered design and testing methodologies, subsystems, usability
2.Experienced in making Design System, Wireframe, Mockup, Prototype using relevant tools as well.
3.At least 3 years of experience working in UX/UI Designer.
4.Good understanding of Persona, User Journey, Storyboard and good understanding of design principles.
5.Think rationally and rationally, supporting concepts in terms of functionality, business, marketing and aesthetics.
6.Knowledge of principles and processes in website and app design
7.Be creative able to communicate and have a good understanding of marketing fundamentals
8.Specializes in the use of design tools. UI/Flow/Prototype such as Adobe XD, Figma, AI, Ps.
9.Have the ability to communicate well with colleagues and related people.
10.Able to communicate, speak, read and write in English will be specially considered
