Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Our client is a Thai based fast-growing nano-finance company in Thailand, committed to providing financial inclusion to underserved communities in the country. Our innovative approach, utilizing cutting-edge technology, has helped us to become one of the most prominent players in the industry. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a seasoned CFO to join our team and help us achieve our strategic goals.

Role and Responsibilities:

- As the CFO, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, ensuring the accuracy of financial reports, and advising the CEO and board of directors on financial matters. Your duties will include but not be limited to:

- Developing and implementing financial policies and procedures that align with the company's strategic objectives.
- Managing the company's financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Overseeing the company's accounting operations, including the preparation of financial statements, tax filings, and regulatory compliance.
- Providing strategic financial advice to the CEO and board of directors to support business decisions.
- Identifying and managing financial risks and opportunities.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with financial institutions, investors, and stakeholders.
- Leading and developing the finance team to ensure the department's continued success.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
- 10+ years of experience in a financial leadership role, with a minimum of 5 years working for a listed company in Thailand.
- Experience in preparing for and managing an IPO or work in listed company before.
- Strong knowledge of Thai accounting and tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Thai and communicable English.
