- Secretary tasks (Booking hotel, Car rental, arrange schedule etc.)
- Support on general administration task such as Visa & Work permit, hotel/flight reservation,
- office equipment purchasing, employee activities
- Interpretation and document translation from Thai to Japanese and Japanese to Thai
- Coordinate between Thai and Japanese
- Have responsibility for the work assigned
- Translate documents and reports
- Any tasks as assigned by Japanese persons
- Other duties assigned
- คุณสมบัติ
- Female, age 24 - 28 years old
- Bachelor's degree in any related field
- At least 2 years as admin/interpreter in any industry
- Good command in Japanese with Japanese certification at least JLPT N3
- Experiences in Visa & Work permit documentation
- Microsoft office skill (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint)
- Having good skills in preparing documents
- Flexible, be able to do both interpreter role and GA role
- Good Personality and active person
