F&b Attendant Internship

We are pleased to offer an internship opportunity that will allow you to develop your hands-on industry knowledge whilst partnering with our operational team. This role will be responsible for activities related to the service in our restaurant. That placement will start in Q1 2025 for 6 months.
- Secure a placement with a luxurious Five-Star hotel located in Bangkok

- Learn and grow within a strong hospitality company focused on quality with our dedicated internship and management trainee programs

**Key Accountabilities**
- Perform a friendly yet discreet and unobtrusive service in greeting and waiting on all guests.
- Perform pre-service and after-service procedures as per standard.
- Understand and accurately follow the standard of sequence of service.
- Ensure the consistency of the correct service techniques for all meal periods.
- Understand all food and beverage items ordered, including ingredients, methods of preparation and proper service.
- Have knowledge of food and beverage menu items.
- Ensure usage of all food and beverage items and appropriate usage of equipment, tools and service equipment.
- Observe and maintain the daily condition of all physical facilities and equipment in the restaurant and make recommendations for corrections and improvement as needed
- Maintain a culture in compliance with the mission, vision, values, and core principles of HSH.

**General requirements**
- Excellent English and / or Mandarin communication (verbal, written)
- The Peninsula Bangkok is open to international applicants for our operational opportunities.
- Pleasant, courteous, and fun personality

**Benefits**

- Allowance THB 13,000 per month (oversea internship)
