**프로듀서 / Assistant Producer (Korean Speaking)**

**About the job**

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the YouTube channel and collaborating with the media team. Your main tasks will involve producing YouTube content alongside the main producer and editor.

You will have dual responsibilities, managing both the Thai and global YouTube channels, and taking charge of selecting trending topics and managing content.

The primary focus of the role will be YouTube video content planning, with additional involvement in editing and filming.

Effective communication with the **Korean** main producer is crucial, and you will also be involved in interpretation duties.

**Responsibilities**
- Setting compelling topics, and materials for YouTube content.
- Conducting comprehensive data research, including literature reviews and interviews, to refine content topics with a high level of detail.
- Demonstrating a strong interest in trendy material settings and overall cultural content, including movies, animations, and relevant issues.
- Writing original scripts or modifying existing scripts to align with different situations and requirements.

**Qualifications**
- Possesses strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders.
- Demonstrates proficient analytical skills and expertise in trendy searching and location scouting to ensure captivating and up-to-date productions.
- Proficient in planning, editing, and shooting, demonstrating a strong creative aptitude.
- Shows adaptability and flexibility, readily embracing changing project requirements and circumstances to ensure a smooth production process.
- Maintaining a supportive and constructive work environment with a positive and enthusiastic approach.

**Minimum Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Fluency in both Korean and English, with strong proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding, is a significant advantage for this position.
- Possesses a strong background in creating YouTube content videos.
- Excellent analytical and searching skills.
