**Main Objectives and Activities**
- Working on 11hr shift to handle Technical Support Line including weekends and public holidays.
- Act as single point of contact for all parties involved in the Major Incident, such as users and support group. And be able validate the Major Incident according to its Severity and business impact
- Follow up and monitoring incidents and escalate as per agreed SLA and established procedures.
- Provide first and single point of contact (SPOC) for global end-users pertaining to new/previously reported IT issues and resolutions to increase productivity.
- Develop professionally in order to increase technical, functional, and interpersonal competence.
- Continue to refine Customer Satisfaction skills to better service the client.

**Education**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience.

**Language skills**
- Good communication skills in English (both written and oral) to be able to work with international customers (Canada, India, Cambodia, Hong Kong, Ireland )

**Experience and Skills**
- Experience with Incident Management, Customer Communication overall coordination of resolution when other groups / tech stack is involved.

**Technical Skills Required**
- Hands on skill on Microsoft MS office 365 (e.g. Outlook, exchange, office etc).
- Knowledge in Atlassian Confluence.
- Knowledge on As400 is a plus.
- Knowledge in Remedy and ServiceNow ticketing system.
- Microsoft Active Directory administration knowledge is a plus.
- Knowledge on Web Application, Database and Internet concepts and techniques.
- Linux System experience is an advantage.
