Sshe Manager

Our client is an international aviation fuel supplier and Seeking for SSHE Manager who will be leading and overseeing in the areas of security, safety, health, and environmental management while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

**Responsibilities**
- Ensuring the company’s SSHE & Thai law regulation (Labor, DOEB, etc.) expectations are met at all times during all activities.
- Providing SSHE support to the Country Manager as required.
- Implementing the approved Company Strategy.
- Performing regular inspections and providing recommendations to ensure that all pertinent OSH laws and regulations are always complied with.
- Performing task analysis, identifying potential hazards, and providing recommendations for control measures.
- Facilitating hazard identification, and risk assessment and recommending control measures.
- Analyzing the effectiveness of OSH Plans and projects, as well as recommendations from the operation units and providing advice for corrective action measurement.
- Facilitating internal audits against the established OSH plans, programs, and initiatives and recommending actions for improvement.
- Providing advice to the employee to adhere to the established OSH Procedures/standards.
- Facilitating training for employees to prevent and minimize unsafe practices and unsafe conditions that can cause injury and health illness.
- Facilitating workplace environmental monitoring and measurement according to regulatory requirements.
- Advising the continuous improvement of the workplace environment to enhance the safety and health of employees and the effectiveness of operational performance.
- Facilitating incident/accident investigation and recommending preventive/corrective actions.
- Collecting statistics, analyzing data, trends, of OSH lagging and leading indicators.
- Assisting the management to complete specific assignments in managing OSH in the workplace.
- Implementing, monitoring, and reporting SHEMS Policies & Thai law regulations, compliance with the company Standards & Procedures, and Quality Control Manuals across the company’s operations.
- Ensuring that the staff and contractors adhere to all relevant Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations and procedures.
- Organizing, coaching, and supervising the terminal staff according to the CBT Training Plan to have a competent team of individuals within a motivational and effective environment.
- Supervising and monitoring the SSHE status of projects in the terminal.
- Identifying problems of design, equipment, and processes that work against optimal and safe functioning of the terminal and proffer solutions.
- As a team ensure the use of competent contractors for specialized, non-routine maintenance and repair.
- Generating monthly SSHE reports to the Country Manager of any reportable SSHE incident, oil loss, security lapse, or suspicious activity of third parties and the Thai Labor Department.
- Ensuring there is continual analysis and subsequent improvement of internal processes, in cooperation with internal & external stakeholders, to improve the quality & safety of the operations.
- Participating on an annual basis with stakeholders regarding the SSHE performance.
- Monitoring and coordinating the CSR program with all concerns.

**Requirements**:

- Thai speaker and good command of English - written and spoken
- 10 years in SSHE with Oil & Gas.
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety from the Top 3 Universities.
- Experience in an operational environment.
- Proven ability of good communication skills.
