Our client is a brand’s tool steel tool for major making industry.

The Sales Coordinator Supervisor will be responsible for the following key functions:

- Presenting and selling company products and services to current and potential clients.
- Preparing action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
- Following up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
- Identifying sales prospects and contacting these and other accounts as assigned.
- Preparing presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
- Developing and maintaining sales materials and current product knowledge.
- Establishing and maintaining current client and potential client relationships.
- Preparing paperwork to activate and maintain contract services.
- Managing account services through quality checks and other follow-ups.
- Identifying and resolving client concerns.
- Preparing a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up and adherence to goals.
- Communicating new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.
- Coordinating company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales.
- Developing and implementing special sales activities to reduce stock.
- Issuing delivery documents, invoices and follow-up payments from customers.
- Receiving Purchase Orders from customers and distributing them to each concerned section.
- Correcting the data, according to customer claim.
- Forecasting order volume based on information from customers.
- Cooperating with other sections both Internal & External in the Environmental Systems to ensure the organization depends on understanding and satisfying the customer needs and expectations.
- Establishing the review of customer requirement process for communicating effectively and efficiently communication.
- Performing by the regulation, operational standard, and procedure.

**Qualifications**
- Male / Female, 35-42 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or any related field.
- At least 5 years up experience of in manufacturing.
- ISO/IATF 16949 requirement and experience in internal audit is auditee and auditor.
- ISO14001 requirement & implementation.
- Able to communicate in English.
- Have negotiation skills.
