**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Delivery of company Communications Objectives**:
**Leadership communications**: Prepare and execute executive communications to support company country managing director and/or country leadership team (CLT). These include all internal communications and internal event organization with cross-functional teams on: -
- company activities, e.g., company policy and guidance for all employees across functions for entire organization, employee engagement activity, projects related to company behaviours & mindset, company D&I initiatives, etc.,
- company and leader's business update communications, e.g., townhall communications, our company Regional/Global executive's visit, etc.
- company's change management communications such as leadership changes, spin-off, etc.
- company's issue and crisis management
**External communications and public & media relations**: Develop strategic integrated communication plan and lead the execution of the plan to meet the company's objectives. These include company brand and non-branded campaigns, or projects related to disease awareness to support business & commercial strategy. The role and work responsibility include:

- Develop narrative and key messaging to meet the company's strategic communication objectives as well as to reach the right target audiences, e.g., general public, particular & specific groups (patients, caretakers, HCPs, thought leaders, influencers, policy makers, etc.) The narratives include company profile in Thailand (company branded), therapeutic & disease communications (unbranded company or unbranded products), CSR communications, access to treatment issues, patient stories, etc.
- Develop advocacy narrative and advocacy campaign to support business objective in order to address better access for patients and Thai people, to address the values of innovation, etc.
- Build network of journalists/reporters and develop professional relationship as a trust partner when it comes to biopharmaceutical contents
- Develop patient engagement activity/program to support patient empowerments
- Update content and maintain the company communication platforms both through company website and company FB
**Leadership and strategic counsel**:

- Contribute to supporting an aligned, constructive culture & behaviours as this person are working across functions both commercial business units and support functions
- Stay across competitor movements and health policy movement by monitoring press releases, advertising, and publicity campaigns and pro-actively reports the findings to relevant teams and leaders
- Stay across local and industry media for articles relating to the pharmaceutical industry and issues affecting company and/or its products and act upon releases accordingly
**WHAT YOU MUST HAVE**
**To be successful in this role, you will have strong technical skills as well as business capabilities. The requirements are as follows**:
1. Education
- Minimum is an undergraduate qualification in mass & digital communications, public relations, or marketing/brand communications, if specific communication degree is related to the life sciences and healthcare would be an advantage

2. Experience
- Around 8-10 years’ experience in a professional communications/mass (public) communications or public relations/media relations role
- Preferable some experience of the healthcare industry, pharmaceutical industry,
- Knowledge of the access issue of pharmaceuticals and understand healthcare policy environment in Thailand
- Proven track record of success in handling the media/journalist, including digital media
- Experience in agency management and third-party consultation management,
- Some experience in issues or crisis management could be good
- Fluent in English language skills both written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with campaign management and working with senior executives and ability to take own leadership and initiate project
