**How will you make an impact in this role?**
- Understanding cashiering procedures and run of payment both cash & cheque for card members as terms and conditions.
- Supervise and control all payment received or cash from card members
- Communicate and supervise the outstanding cheques-progress of payment to card members and partners on a regular basis.
- Document vital information, such as payment details, Customers change of details, remittance for data capturing and preparing cash pay-in for deposit at bank
- Run operation parts for checking submit cash deposit efficiently to Security Transportation and work closely the company’s and related parties regulations.
- Responsible for disburse and cash transactions for all employees
- Ensure status and release cheque for Credit Balance Refund to card members
- Handle the daily operations, such as processing receipts. track and refer the outstanding cheques, and payments transaction, etc.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Demonstrate personal excellence by self-motivated with positive views
- Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities based on customer needs
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively convey insights and relationship building and influencing skills.
- Inclination to collaborate across teams and find the efficient data and solution.
- Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or other related field or has equivalent work experience
