หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- Manage and grow brands’ social media presences by creating strategized content pillars, calendars and translated into content plan and posts.
- Create engaging and shareable content to drive brand awareness, engagement and sales.
- Plan, set and manage content calendars and ensure that the content and brand message remain consistent based on brand guidelines.
- Understand target consumers of each brand on different platforms to deliver effective communication and content creation.
- Conduct a monthly report to analyze, review, monitor and evaluate content performance’s KPIs.
- Act as a channel owner of social media platforms to engage with users, grow a strong social media community and provide actionable insights to the internal team.
- Able to execute and manage paid advertising campaigns through platforms like Meta and Google Ads.
- Optimize digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines. Implement SEO to drive organic traffic to owned websites.
- Work closely with PR and marketing team to create content that aligns with both tactical and long-terms campaign of company’s brands.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม
- Bachelor or Master degree, in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration or any related fields
- 5+ years experience in content marketing and social media management in retail, fashion and lifestyle brands would be an advantage.
- Experience in planning and developing content on social and online platforms.
- Knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google and other social media platforms.
- Understanding of social media advertisements tools.
- Familiar with content creation tools, such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and Canva will also be a plus.
- Creative, open minded, self-motivated, self-starter and detail oriented. สวัสดิการ
