As a Warehouse & Yard Manager, you're leading a team to ensure a safe and reliable operational environment. In this role, you will ensure standard processes. You will ensure procedures for warehouse activities in order to meet internal and external customers’ requirements.

As a Warehouse & Yard Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Implementing Global and Region Productivity Strategy for Warehouse & Yard (WH&Y), executing service level agreement under ownership with AMO and Service Delivery.
- Reviewing WH&Y throughput and efficiency and identify opportunities. If labor hours are higher than normal, investigate and develop action plans to address.
- Following 6S (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain and Safety) and Lean strategy in place and executed as per plan.
- Reviewing workforce reviews with regional senior leadership to ensure capacity planning in line with forecasted activity.
- Engaging with PL Inventory Managers on stocking requirements versus forecast, full accountability on storage and preservation of materials.
- Being responsible for physical inventory and asset verification (CC/API) within Country under ownership.
- Complying to HSE & Quality policy. Effectively participate in HSE and Quality programs and training as assigned.
- Being full accountability of WH&Y financial aspects, controls and reports the metrics, measures versus target for country warehouse & yard financials.

**Fuel your passion**
To be successful in this role you will:

- Demonstrate front-line supervisor of 8+ years of experience managing and supervising personnel.
- Have direct experience in Warehouse management / Distribution / Operations / Asset and/or Inventory management in Oil & Gas Industry
- Have Bachelor or higher in any field / major with proficiency in use of Microsoft Office, SAP and Excel.
- Have Bor Chor Certificate - Required
- Be available for Travel domestically as required.
- Have knowledge and experience with the usage of barcoding, radio frequency identification (RFID) or QR codes is an advantage.
- Demonstrate problem-solving, analytical, communication, leadership, coaching or mentoring skills.
