Job Description:
Our client is an inspection company that provides services in a variety of industries. They are recruiting for an NDT Manager; please see the information below:

- To support the work schedule, manage and plan the workflow of Tube Inspection, Plant Inspection, and Non-destructive inspections.
- Supervising and controlling subordinates / lower-level management staff, as well as maintaining and improving their work performance.
- Review and approve inspection reports and documents.
- Work with all departments involved in issue efforts to investigate and follow up on steps taken to satisfy both internal and external customers.
- Assist in improving and implementing customer feedback information, as well as pressuring subordinates to carry out all improvement measures to avoid similar errors in the future.
- In-process and final inspection problem analysis and resolution
- Ensure that all quality-related site activities adhere to all applicable regulations and standards.
- Control specification and monitoring Company Policy and a Quality Management System Quality standards must be implemented, problems must be recognized and rectified, audits must be carried out, system developments must be decided upon, and change must be implemented.
- Create a training strategy, coordinate inspector training, and perform skill assessments to ensure inspectors are ready to work.
- Activities with Engineering and Inspection to supervise work, do root cause analysis, and avoid errors.
- Assists the company in achieving Total Customer Satisfaction by supporting its goals.

**Qualification**:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
- Over 7 years of construction management experience is required.
- Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), Tube Inspection, Plant Inspection, Refinery, and Petrochemical Construction, and Inspection, or relevant company experience is preferable.
- Having a Professional Engineer License and an NDT Certificate is a plus.
- Evaluate and direct root-cause analysis and problem-solving activities.
- Excellent verbal and written Thai and English communication skills.
- You must have a valid driver's license.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Able to travel.
- Available to work Monday through Saturday (08.00-17.00) (Alternate Saturday) (off)
