**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Loan processing from submission to settlement
- Setting up new client profiles in the ‘Client Portal’ CRM
- Gathering supporting documents from clients
- Generating Product Comparisons
- Process Pricing Requests (for both active and aftercare clients)
- Generating Compliance documents and following up for client signatures
- Liaise with lenders to ensure timely approval and for settlement matters

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 1-3 years of end-to-end loan processing experience
- Has experience using the following software MyCRM, Fast, Mercury.
- Prior experience in a high-volume transactional environment preferred
- Ability to think analytically and spot even the smallest of discrepancies
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize & think proactively
- Ability to manage a high-volume workload
- A collaborative, team-player mentality
- Previous experience or knowledge of Australian Mortgages (Highly regarded)
