**The Opportunity**:

**In this role, you'll get to**:

- Review & maintain policies, processes, and tools supporting Privacy & AI Governance Program
- Lead training & awareness initiatives
- Undertake Privacy & AI risk management/advisory initiatives, including regulatory change management activities, supporting privacy & AI risk assessments.
- Upkeep, maintain, and improve privacy and AI controls
- Improve privacy & AI Governance program using data analytics (Metrics, Key Risk Indicators, Dashboards, Trend analysis)
- Provide project management support for specific privacy & AI Governance projects

**What You'll Need to Succeed**:

- **Foundational Knowledge**:An interest in Data Privacy and AI Governance principles, with a willingness to learn about key Data Privacy Laws and frameworks such as GDPR, PDPA, AI Verify, and NIST.
- **Educational Background**:A degree in law, risk management, or a related field is preferred but not required if you have relevant experience or a strong interest in these areas.
- **Proactive Attitude**:A motivated, "All-Star" approach to achieving goals and completing tasks efficiently.
- **Continuous Learner**:A growth mindset committed to ongoing learning and self-improvement.
- **Language Proficiency**:Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- **Technical Skills**:Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, or a willingness to quickly learn these tools.

**It's Great if you Have**:

- Passion for data privacy & technology
- 1 year or more of real-life work experience in Data Privacy, AI Governance, or related Risk or Compliance disciplines
- Good knowledge of Privacy Laws & frameworks (GDPR, PDPA, AI Verify, NIST, etc)
- Ability to execute at pace and multi-task in an agile environment
