**_Major Responsibilities_**

1. Advise technical aspects/ long term laboratory testing, including quality assurance and quality control of feed stock, intermediate and finished products provide to internal / external customers. In order to provide profitable, effective, and efficient testing services
1.1 Review Customer requests, Specifications and future project
1.2 Co-review and advice LAS
1.3 Propose and plan for budget both consumable and fix assets
1.4 Technical advises in Laboratory correlation and Proficiency test program
1.5 Review and update test methods
1.6 Consults suggest and correct any Analyst problem technical related to testing and product quality
1.7 Support laboratory project and implementation special equipment.
1.8 Back up laboratory Supervisor
2. Advice and support staff development to ensure that staff has competence toperform the tests.
2.1 Assist lab manager in implementing Lab Progression Scheme
2.2 Co-appraise staff competency
2.3 Analyze GAP and close them for all staff
2.4 To be technical mentors for staff training
2.5 Assist lab manager in promotion of Knowledge Management and build a learning organization atmosphere
3. Advice and support lab Analysts to perform both routine and non-routine in order to achieve targeted volume of product sample testing and report the results via LIMS and Certification issuance for plant QA (quality assurance)
3.1 Strictly Implement Lab Quality Management
3.2 Analyze and propose laboratory workload and resources
3.3 Advice solution for any problems related to laboratory testing
3.4 Review and approve testing reports, COQ/COA/LAR
4. Implement and maintain the laboratory quality management system to meet ISO9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, ISO/IEC 17025 and other related management requirements,
4.1 Focal point for quality systems
4.2 Suggest improvement to all laboratory activities, ensure that they comply with quality manual, procedures and work instructions
4.3 Maintain system for testing and documentation in accordance with ISO/17025System and laboratory international standards
4.4 Lead team to solve problem that relate to quality system
4.5 mplement internal audit as lead auditor
4.6 Suggest improvement plan for risks, waste management accordance with Laboratory procedures and SHE requirement.
5. Advise the basic maintenance of lab equipment, tools, and machinery devicesare maintained with high quality standards to ensure accuracy and precision oftesting results and achievement customer satisfaction
5.1 Reviews and advise lab equipment management including new lab equipment andcalibration schedule, PM/BM schedule
5.2 Analyze and verify long term Statistic Control Chart. Set up correction, corrective and preventive actions where necessary
5.3 Review laboratory equipment maintenance schedule request for adjustment where necessary
6. Enforce company policy and core value
6.1 Set up and implement action plan to support company KPI
6.2 Any assignment where deem appropriate and necessary

**Qualifications**:
