Admissions Officer

Job Summary
The Admissions Officer’s role is to contribute to the effective and efficient school admissions process. An admissions officer has a responsibility to facilitate the admissions process and maintains relationships between the school and parents.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide admission information and marketing materials to new and potential families.
- Manage scheduling for student assessments and parent interviews.
- Provide information to teachers and related departments on new students prior to enrolment.
- Proceed for student accident insurance claims.
- Keep and update student and parent records/history in Google drive such as information on allergies, contact details etc.
- Keep records on enrolment enquiries, new enrolments, temporary students and student withdrawals.
- Make invoice requests and follow up on payments as requested.
- Prepare and present admissions reports for the supervisor.
- Assist with annual school meditation retreat as requested.
- Deliver messages from parents to teachers in case of absence/lateness, sickness, special requests, third person pick up etc.

2 ปีขึ้นไป

Thai nationality

Excellent command in both Thai and English

Experience in school admissions or customer service at least 3 years
