Accounting Manager

**Job Detail**:

- Accounting Manager (Rental service) (50K-65K) (SDG-83814)
- ผู้จัดการฝ่ายบัญชี (บริการเช่า)-
- Prepare the month-end reporting
- Accounts Reconciliation for month-end closing
- Prepare quarterly report for consolidation package
- Prepare and review the fixed assets register including depreciation calculation of RTS
- Support other departments’ team i.e. Sales, Purchasing, Petty cash for improve the internal process and procedures
- Review sales, receipt and journal vouchers
- Review AR report, monthly sales and cost report and inventory report
- Review Sales VAT report and WHT deducted at sources
- Collaborate for improve the accounting manual works to computerize
- Liaise with external auditor for the year-end audit for statutory financial reports and consolidation package in time of the requirement of local management and parent company in Japan
- Support for tax refund
- Ad hoc assigned by Accounting GM
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 33 - 48 years old- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy (is required).
- 5 -10 years experience in Accounting- Month-end closing for management reports
- Experience in management level (is required)
- Good knowledge in TFRS for NPAEs
- Strong in Taxation
- Treasury or cash management skills
- Fixed assets management skills
- Good at English
- Good at computer skills (MS Excel, Accounting software)
- Can work under pressure and deadline- Master degree (if possible)
- Consolidation package (if possible)
- Experience with accounting firm or audit firm will be advantage.
- Own car ( To visit the other branch in Bangkok area )

- สนับสนุนทีมงานแผนกอื่นๆ เช่น ฝ่ายขาย ฝ่ายจัดซื้อ เงินสดย่อย เพื่อปรับปรุงกระบวนการและขั้นตอนภายใน
- ตรวจสอบยอดขาย ใบเสร็จรับเงิน
- ละใบสำคัญจ่ายรายวัน
- ตรวจสอบรายงาน AR, รายงานการขายและต้นทุนรายเดือน และรายงานสินค้าคงคลัง
- ตรวจสอบรายงานภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่มจากการขายและ WHT ที่หัก ณ ที่จ่าย
- ร่วมมือกันปรับปรุงคู่มือการบัญชีให้ทำงานด้วยระบบคอมพิวเตอร์
- ติดต่อประสานงานกับผู้สอบบัญชีภายนอกสำหรับการตรวจสอบสิ้นปีสำหรับรายงานทางการเงินตามกฎหมายและแพ็คเกจการรวมบัญชีในเวลาที่กำหนดของผู้บริหารท้องถิ่นและบริษัทแม่ในประเทศญี่ปุ่น
- รองรับการขอคืนภาษี
- งานเฉพาะกิจที่ได้รับมอบหมายจาก Accounting GM
- สัญชาติไทย, ชาย, หญิง, อายุ 33 - 48 ปี- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาการบัญชี (จำเป็น)
- ประสบการณ์ 5 -10 ปี ด้านบัญชี- ปิดสิ้นเดือนสำหรับรายงานการจัดการ
- มีประสบการณ์ในระดับบริหาร (จำเป็น)
- มีความรู้ด้าน TFRS for NPAEs เป็นอย่างดี
- แข็งแกร่งในการจัดเก็บภาษี
- ทักษะการบริหารเงินหรือ
