PRTR Manufacturing Recruitment Team is supporting global manufacturing.

**Responsibilities**
- Facilitating and leading improvement activities as continuous improvement to align with business direction and facilitating ongoing lean continuous improvement process by complying with used techniques such as Kaizen, 5S, Time study, etc.
- Conducting and initiating business improvement projects to achieve company strategic objectives, KPI targets, and operational excellence.
- Coordinating with other departments and initiating owners to conduct process workshops, identify wastage, analyze issues/ pain points, and identify opportunities for improvement by adapting methodologies & technologies to research, evaluate & develop change options.
- Monitoring the improvement activities and providing coaching and guidance to other departments as well as identifying training needs and delivering training programs.
- Providing coaching and training on business improvement disciplines such as Six Sigma, Lean, Participative Innovation, and so on.

**Qualifications**
- Background in Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or any related fields.
- Experience of 5-8 years in Continuous Improvement or Process Improvement in any Manufacturing Business.
- **Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certified.**:

- Background experience in Lean Six Sigma Projects with project management skills.
- Good analytical, Proactive, interpersonal, independent, good communication, and analytical skill.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good command of English.
