Lorsqu'un client pénètre dans l'une de nos chambres, imaginez le premier coup d'œil qu'il jette à l'intérieur. Ressentez le soupir de soulagement qu'il émet lorsqu'il se sent chez lui, pour une nuit ou une semaine, et que tout est parfait. Tout se trouve exactement à sa place.

Des draps impeccables et repassés. Des oreillers parfaitement arrangés. Un miroir étincelant. Chaque détail participe à l'expérience exceptionnelle que vivent nos clients parce qu'ils savent qu'ils sont entre de bonnes mains pendant leur séjour chez nous. Les répercussions de votre dur labeur, combinées à chacune de ces expériences, permettent de fidéliser les clients.

Tâches à accomplir
- Remplacer les produits et les fournitures dans les chambres
- Faire les lits et plier les draps
- Vider les poubelles, débarrasser les draps sales et les articles du service de chambre
- Accueillir les clients et consigner leurs demandes
- Ranger les fournitures de bureau et arranger les meubles et les appareils
- Éliminer la poussière, polir et supprimer les marques sur les murs et les meubles
- Passer l'aspirateur sur les tapis et les sols

Ce travail nécessite d'être en mesure de soulever et de déplacer des articles pouvant peser jusqu'à 25 lb (11 kg). Il est également requis de se tenir debout ou assis ou de marcher pendant des périodes prolongées, ainsi que de veiller à communiquer de manière claire et à maintenir une apparence professionnelle soignée dans un uniforme propre. Avant de commencer à ce poste, nous vous demanderons de suivre une formation et d'obtenir un certificat en matière de sécurité.
