**Position Overview**

We are looking for a skilled and visionary **Senior Architect** to lead the architectural design and execution of energy-efficient and sustainable building projects. This role requires expertise in integrating cutting-edge technologies and sustainable design practices into every project while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality results that align with CORAL LIFE’s mission.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Sustainable Design Leadership**:

- Develop and lead innovative architectural designs focusing on energy efficiency and sustainability.
- Incorporate Passive House principles, HVAC optimization, and IoT solutions into project designs.
- **Project Management**:

- Manage all phases of architectural projects, from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to align project goals with CORAL LIFE’s Net Zero objectives.
- **Technical and Technological Integration**:

- Utilize Digital Twin technology and Building Information Modeling (BIM) to streamline design processes and improve project outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
- **Team Collaboration and Mentorship**:

- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and professional growth.
- Act as a liaison between design, construction, and facility management teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, with a focus on sustainable design or related fields.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 8-10 years in architectural design, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite; experience with Digital Twin and BIM technologies is highly desirable.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong leadership and project management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience with Passive House standards or other green building certifications (e.g., LEED, WELL).
- Background in designing and implementing energy-efficient HVAC systems or IoT-based solutions.
- Knowledge of Net Zero strategies and energy performance standards.
