Job Description
Monitors the performance of the sales team and motivating members to meet or exceed sales targets
Development/improvement operations performance, sales achievement, Aging stock, Dealer local events, productivity & efficiency
Monitors and controls the effective implement of sales promotion activities and dealer’s payplan
Visit all dealers in order to strengthen relationship, exchange necessary information and give proper advice relating to sales aspects.
Implement and follow up Sales Process Management to improve dealer operation in order to enhance sales effectively, follow up and improve Dealer Sale Standard
Manage Sales Manager & Handle dealers, communicating with them and ensuring a good working relationship align with company policy & directions
Implement a sales management process to assist the sales team in identifying and prioritizing key customers and prospects

Requirement
Bachelor degree or Master degree in any pertinent fields
5+ years of experience in Automotive industry will be an advantage
Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects in parallel to completion
Well understand automotive business required, dedicated, trust-worthy, plug-in with result driven
Strong leadership, decision-making, communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude, Service mind, Honest and Reliable, Good co-ordination personality, Creative thinking
Good co-ordination in team work, Team leader skill is advantage.
Problem solving skill, good analytical skill, business mind, profit P/L oriented, ROI and knowledge in budget management view
High competency working with all levels and multi-functions, willingness to work under pressure in a tight timeline
Excellent command of English both written and spoken
Computer literacy especially Microsoft Office; MS Excel(Macro and VBA), PowerPoint Presentation
