**หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ**:

- **Manage relate duty tasks and customer expectation.**:

- **Responsible for the collection of Business requirements raised by business and/or markets units, and their analysis to produce functional specifications.**:

- **Able to create conceptual of products / services as request by customer or business ‘s requirement for pre-sale support process.**:

- **Able to perform IT design, configuration, prototyping, unit testing/ documentation, batch variants setup and define management of change requirements**:

- **System Design skill with strong ability to collect business requirements, perform a fit/ gap analysis, create prograM/Functional spec for development.**:

- **Design business test case, test script and including conduct, perform testing process to produce the quality products / services.**:

- **Follow the development with the development teams and outsources to answer functional questions and review functional impacts of technical decisions**:

- **Perform system testing by following test case, test script which created in project.**:

- **Ensure project deliverables and quality. Test and validate the proposed developments / improvements for the implementation.**:

- **Collaborates with the Project Manager, developer and other team member.**:

- **Analytical cause and way to resolve user problem that occur in production system.**:

- **Prioritize, track and manage task items.**:

- **Research new technologies and IT trend to improvement company’s product and services and share best practices with other team members and provide technical guidance when applicable.**:

- **Any support if request / assign by management team**
