Depot Manager

Responsible for his/her depot on communication, organization, steering, following-up, adapting to meet or exceed the required KPI’s, always in collaboration with and supported by Country Manger and Functional Management Team.
- Ensures the client base allocated to the depot is managed correctly and maintains effective relationships with customers and prospects, in close collaboration with the KAM’s, steered by KPI’s in place.
- Knows the equipment on the depot and its possibilities, as well as the clients’ most required lifting services in order to be/become the client’s most trusted and knowledgeable advisor on all Sarens’ services.
- Is responsible for identifying and evaluating strategic market opportunities.
- Provides an annual sales plan.
- Takes pro-actively action on relevant potential leads, customer/market circumstances, market developments, risks, etc.Ensures implementation and follows Group sales guidelines.
