As we continue to expand, **Karma Royal Boat Lagoon **in **Phuket, THAILAND is **currently looking for a passionate **Guest Relations Manager **to join the team.

**Primary Responsibilities & Requirements**
- Ensuring and providing flawless, professional and exceptional guest service experiences
- Analyzing customer feedback and providing strategic direction to continuously improve overall rating of the Resort
- Responding to guests needs and anticipating their unstated ones
- Oversee check-in and check-out procedures, including reservations
- Training of Front Office team members to enable them to provide exceptional services
- Coordinate and manage communication between guests and staff and follow up to ensure we resolve customer concerns
- This role reports directly to the Operational Manager

**Qualifications**
- This role is for **Expats **only
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Thai is a plus
- Work experience in Front Office, as Guest Relations Manager or similar role
- Excellent people skills
- Understanding of all hotel management best practices
- Excellent problem solving and multitasking skills
- Fresh graduates from hospitality universities are welcome to apply
