- Shape product experiences by creating useful, meaningful, and user-friendly text that helps users complete the task at hand.
- Establish and update the UXW guidelines, UXW library.
- Ensure consistency of wordings used across different platforms and channels.
- Review and audit platform content along the UXW guidelines and provide feedback and alternatives when needed.
- Proofreading the overall content before product launch.
- Collaborate with UX Team, Product Team, Marketing and Developers to ensure customer experience is there.
- Collaborate with brand manager to define word choices to be used on the platforms that align with the brand’s identity.
- Use business requirements and customer research to assist in developing scenarios, use cases, and high-level requirements.
- You will help shape the overall customer experience and be an integral part of the UX design team.

You will need to
- Bachelor’s degree in journalist, design or equivalent professional experience.
- 2+ years of experience as a user experience writer, journalism or related fields.
- Proficient in English from writing, reading and speaking with proven document(s), i.e., TOEIC score 900 or more, TOEFL or IELTS are preferred.
- Professional Thai writing skills.
- Experience using UI/UX Software i.e. Figma.
- Experience working with user research and analyzing customer feedback.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects at once.
