**Responsibilities**:

- Managing, reviewing, and revising daily attendance, leave, and overtime data.
- Monthly / yearly summary report
- Managing the recruitment process.
- Process and handle welfare in accordance with welfare regulations.
- Organize and coordinate company activities.
- Create employee cards and handle HR documentation for jobs
- Additional HR tasks as assigned

**Experience requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any related field.
- At least 2 year of working experience as HR (Recruitment will be preferred).
- Good command of both written and spoken in English (TOEIC 550up)
- Computer literacy.
- Good personality, human relation skills and teamwork oriented.
- Strong service mind, good interpersonal skill, communication & coordination skills with ability to work under pressure.
