- Responding to chat, answering customer inquiries, and solving problems.
- Managing large amounts of inbound calls promptly.
- Following communication “scripts” when handling different topics.
- Identifying customers’ needs, clarifying information, researching every issue and providing solutions and/or alternatives.
- Seizing opportunities to upsell products when they arise.
- Building sustainable relationships and engaging customers by going the extra mile.
- Keeping records of all conversations in our call centre database in a comprehensible way.
- Meeting personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree (new graduates are welcome).
- Fast typing skills (There is a typing test) 25-30 words/minute.
- There is a test of right and wrong.
- Work: 5 days, off on Saturday and Sunday.
- Work hours: 24-hour shifts / according to team.
