บทบาทในหน่วยงาน (Role in Division/ Department)
- สนับสนุนการกำหนดกลยุทธ์ และแผนการดำเนินการ (Roadmap) เพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับกลยุทธ์ด้านธุรกิจ (Business Strategy) ตรงกับความต้องการของลูกค้า (Customer Needs) และสามารถเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการทำงาน (Optimum efficiency) รวมถึงช่วยให้บริษัทฯ ก้าวทันเทคโนโลยีใหม่ๆ ให้สามารถแข่งขันกับคู่แข่งได้
- ผลักดันให้โครงการภายใต้การปฏิรูปสู่ดิจิทัลสามารถส่งมอบผลลัพธ์ทางธุรกิจ (Business Outcome) ได้ตรงตามที่ตั้งเป้าหมายไว้ และสอดคล้องกับกลยุทธ์ด้านการดำเนินงาน (Operation)
- วิเคราะห์โอกาสทางธุรกิจ (Business Opportunity) และพัฒนารูปแบบการดำเนินงานใหม่ (New Operation Model) โดยการรวบรวม ศึกษา และวิเคราะห์กระบวนการทำงาน (Business Process) เพื่อนำมากำหนดกระบวนการทำงานปัจจุบัน (as-is process) และปรับปรุงกระบวนการทำงานใหม่ (to-be
- process)
- พัฒนาและปรับปรุงกระบวนการทำงานอย่างต่อเนื่อง (Continuously develop and improve) เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพและความคล่องตัวในการทำงาน

บทบาทมาตรฐานตามตำแหน่งงาน (Standard Role by Job)
- Recent experience in complex project planning & scheduling, task management, issue & risk management, scope management, budget development & financial management, stakeholder / communication management and resource management.
- Possess a business perspective and be an advocate of change in digital/technology and business processes, with the ability to maintain a strong customer focus, while being creative and operating independently.
- Possess both technical and business background with understanding and hands-on experiences in software development, process improvement and digital enablement / transformation projects (experiences in insurance business or financial services will be highly considered)
- Good analytical, problem solving, and problem identification skills
- Effective interpersonal skills (presentation, written, and oral) and the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of staffs and management levels
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Thai
- Have a good attitude highly motivated and is a good initiator
- Ability to work effectively as a team player with internal and external team members
- Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic, autonomous environment
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
