1.ตรวจสอบความพร้อมของร้านและทีมงานให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานการให้บริการสูงสุด
2.วางแผนการจัดโต๊ะการให้บริการให้สอดคล้องกับการจอง และให้แน่ใจว่า สามารถให้บริการลูกค้าได้อย่างราบรื่น
3.ฝึกอบรมและดูแลการปฏิบัติงานของทีมงานให้มีประสิทธิภาพและบรรลุเป้าหมายของบริษัทฯ
4.ให้บริการลูกค้า รวมถึงการให้คำแนะนำเรื่องเมนู รายละเอียดต่างๆ และแนะนำเมนูอาหารได้ตามความต้องการของลูกค้า
5.รักษามาตรฐานด้านสุขอนามัยของร้านอาหารและส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้อง ตามนโยบายของบริษัทฯ
6.ประสานงานและตรวจสอบตารางเวลาการพัก ตารางงานของพนักงาน การเปลี่ยนกะ ให้เพียงต่อและเหมาะสมกับเวลาดำเนินงานหน้าร้าน
7.ดูแล ตรวจสอบการเปิด-ปิดร้านอย่างถูกต้อง เรียบร้อย
8.ติดตามข้อร้องเรียนจากลูกค้าโดยด่วน และหาแนวทางการแก้ไขและป้องกันปัญหาร่วมกับ Assistant Restaurant Manager, Restaurant Manager
8.จัดทำ Daily, Monthly Reports, และ Incident Report ในกรณีที่มีเหตุการณ์ฉุกเฉิน
9.ดูแลเอกสารด้านการเงินของแคชเชียร์ ตรวจสอบความถูกต้อง และส่งรายงานประจำวัน
10.ดูแลและตรวจสอบความปลอดภัยของการปฏิบัติงานของผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา
11.หน้าที่อื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา

ประกันสังคม,ค่าล่วงเวลา,ค่าอาหาร,ชุดพนักงาน,ตามที่กฏหมายกำหนด มีทิป มีเซอร์วิสชาร์จ

ไม่จำกัด

1 ปีขึ้นไป

สื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดีมาก

มีประสบการณ์เป็นหัวหน้างานร้านอาหารมาก่อน

มี Service Mind รักงานบริการ ทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี
