**Expro Group **are currently recruiting for a extTitle to join the division_obj team based in filter2.

**Overall Purpose of the Job**:
To supervise and manage for day to day operation and maintenance to the O&M offshore team and communicate to senior supervisor by morning call everyday, in a safe and efficient manner in order to maximize equipment reliability and integrity throughout the effective use of all available resources and to manage and closely monitor offshore work progress in order to comply with PM plan and minimize work backlog.

**Key Activities and Accountabilities**:
1. Raise all issues about O&M jobs and manpower team to senior supervisor everyday and collaborate with senior supervisor to solve all issues and initiate project improvement for the repetitive shutdown case.

2. Act as a single point of contact between O&M offshore team and COMPANY offshore team about concerning technical issues and interface with all involved functions.

3. Preparation, planning and scheduling of maintenance & inspection operations to be performed with a clear and accurate definition of tasks, according to the COMPANY’s Look Ahead Plan.

4. Responsible for supervision, quality control, and scheduling of preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance and predictive maintenance, as well as making on-the-spot decisions when face with problems on Offshore facilities.

5. Supervises, plans, schedules, sets priorities, and assigns work to a crew of maintenance activity in the maintenance, repair and operational activities of Booster Compressor.

6. Providing technical assistance to complete the work scope and analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems.

7. Provide preliminary investigation on the failure report of all equipment in Booster Compressor skid and support root cause analysis.

8. Maintain & Record maintenance information in COMPANY's CMMS to ensure consistent equipment history and record tracking and feedback to the Maintenance & Inspection Team Leader.

9. Provide job safety analysis (JSA) for PM and CM tasks.

10. Ensure all Booster Compressor and related equipment’s reliability and integrity to achieve company’s target.

11. Ensure all Booster Compressor maintenance activities are performed according to the plan and minimizing rework /work back log and maximizing work compliance

12. Ensure quality of Booster Compressor maintenance and repair with minimizing equipment downtime.

13. Ensure that all up to date Booster Compressor maintenance (minor/major PM) and inspection information are recorded and feedback to relevant parties.

14. Ensure that all works are carried out in accordance with Company SSHE operating procedures.

**Job Knowledge and Qualifications**:
1. Higher Technical Diploma or Bachelor in Machine/Mechanic (Mechanical), or related fields,

2. Minimum 10 years of field working experience in Booster Compressor operation and maintenance including supervision, planning and scheduling (PM, CM & troubleshoot), unit inspection and repair in oil and gas industry or similar.

3. Hand on service and repair experience for Booster Compressor and related equipment for offshore O&G industry.

4. Good working experience of work planning and optimization.

5. Own Booster Compressor O&M knowledge for all well-known manufacturers e.g. Ariel compressor with Caterpillar and Waukesha gas engine.

6. Management of operational and consumables parts.

7. Fully familiar with present CMMS standard/system.

8. Basic knowledge of QA/QC Standards.
