**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate creative ideas and concepts for advertising campaigns tailored to the Thai market.
- Design visually striking ads for various platforms, including digital and social media.
- Ensure that designs align with the brand guidelines and messaging strategy.
- Customize advertising materials to reflect cultural nuances and preferences in the Thai market.
- Stay updated on current trends and consumer behaviors in Thailand.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to execute end-to-end advertising campaigns.
- Receive feedback from stakeholders and adjust designs accordingly.
- Continuously iterate on designs to enhance their effectiveness and visual appeal.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Creative Ads Designer, preferably with exposure to the Thai advertising landscape.
- Proficient in graphic design software, especially Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong portfolio showcasing successful advertising campaigns in the Thai market.
- Understanding of Thai consumer behavior and cultural sensitivities.
