- ** Job Description**:

- Develop and execute the company’s technology vision, strategy, and resource planning to ensure alignment with its business goals.
- Identify, select, and implement technology solutions to meet business needs of the company, including problem solving, managing contracts and services for outsourced development, cloud service providers, and blockchain / Web3 technology services.
- Design, deploy, manage, and maintain enterprise-wide information security controls and capabilities to ensure all IT assets are secured.
- Ensure effective governance for security controls are in place and documented.
- Further develop company’s overall technical capabilities, policies, procedures, best practices, processes, and team structure in areas such as managing change with agile methodology, information security, data management, and systems management.
- Engage and produce reports including risk assessment and business impact analysis for key stakeholders.
- Research and develop technical roadmap and rollout plan for digital finance ecosystem.
- ** Requirement**:

- 5+ years proven experience as a Head of IT or similar leadership role.
- 3+ years of blockchain experience.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, IT Management, or related fields.
- Experience in Business Information Technology Strategy & Management, Program Development, Software Development, IT Consulting, Project Management, Transformation Management and Production Support.
- Experience in planning, implementing, and delivering products and services to meet company expectations and deliver a robust, secure, and cost-effective solution.
- Hands-on experience using agile methodology with mixed teams of in-house and external developers.
- Experience in managing contracts and services for outsourced development, cloud service providers (such as AWS, IBM Cloud, Microsoft Azure), and blockchain technology services.
- Analytical business-overall IT landscape professional with financial business and products knowledge.
