**Accountant
You will report to the Finance Manager

You will be responsible for daily accounting operations, mainly Accounts Payable, for the Asia region.

**Responsibilities**
- Work with brokers and clients on outstanding premium collection for areas of responsibility
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations.
- Prepare weekly Cash Position reports.
- Prepare month-end reporting for Insurers.
- Update and Maintain balances in the Consolidation System
- Overall responsibility for maintaining up-to-date account signatory records with our banking partners and membership details with the Insurance Authority bodies.
- Assist in financial analysis and financial statements.
- Provide support on the annual audit.
- Assist with audit enquiry and ad hoc projects.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- A higher Diploma or above in accounting
- with a minimum of 1 year' of accounting experience in any field is an advantage.
- a good command of verbal and written English
- Knowledge of Excel is a must.
- Possess a professional work ethic.
- Self-motivated, independent, detail-minded, able to work under pressure, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Positive attitude
- Experience in SAP is a plus.
