PMO - M365

The PMO holds a pivotal position in guaranteeing the efficiency of project planning, execution, and governance within the company. Responsibilities include setting up and upholding project management standards, fostering communication among project stakeholders, and helping project managers and teams.

**Responsibilities**:

- Establish and implement project management standards and best practices, ensuring adherence to organizational policies.
- Develop project management templates and guidelines.
- Aid in developing comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Track project progress and generate regular status reports for stakeholders.
- Assist in resource allocation and resolution of conflicts, while monitoring availability and utilization.
- Identify, document, and manage project risks and issues, collaborating with teams on mitigation and resolution strategies.
- Maintain project documentation and establish a centralized repository with proper version control and access protocols.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among project stakeholders, ensuring timely updates and meetings.
- Ensure projects meet quality standards and compliance requirements through audits and continuous improvement.
- Define and deliver a portfolio of programs, projects, and ongoing services.
- Support effective financial resource utilization and control related to projects.
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements and stay informed about industry trends.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or master’s degree in IT or a related field, with certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) preferred.
- 10 years of project management experience with a focus on Project Management and PMO leadership roles.
- Demonstrated expertise in risk management, financial oversight, and quality assurance, coupled with strong stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Proficient in project management software, ideally with a background in infrastructure or security projects.
- Fluent communication in Thai and English
