Job Description:
Our client is a professional construction and project management company providing services to private and public sector client in Thailand. They are looking for Thai contractors who have experienced in “BIM Modeler” for Structure (1 Position)

**Job Descriptions**:
- Create initial BIM models from shop drawings and the information available from various parties.
- Ensures that BIM models created to follow the criteria and objectives as instructed by the BIM Manager.
- Monitor modeling/update drawing & constantly reporting/coordinating with the BIM Manager.
- Follow directions and advice as instructed by BIM Manager.

**Qualifications:**
- A bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
- 3 - 5 years of similar experience is required, as is experienced in the construction phase of a data center or high-rise building.
- Capable of writing store designs and drawings.
- Expertise in Revit.
- Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English
- Can accept a contract with a term of 1 year
- Capable of traveling in the Bangkok region
