**Position Summary**:
This role also supports the pest control activity, manages and updates employees training record and participate in the internal & external audit.

**Duties**:
Control internal & external quality documents and quality records. Distribute the controlled documents

Implement and maintain the quality system and relevant regulatory requirements

Assist internal and external quality management system audits

Monitor and summarize pest control result

Prepare KPI report and post in the organization

Coordinates and participates in Quality investigations, associated problem-solving activities and continuous improvement initiatives.

Support the supplier control process (Approve supplier list, Supplier evaluation)

Support and document calibration reports of measuring instrument as required

Monitor training programs, up-to-date and makes updates as necessary

Keep and update employee training record in the organization

**Education Degree**:

- Bachelor's Degree**Required Experience**:
Bachelor’s Degree in science or related field

Experience in a QA/Quality function

Experiences with the GMP area is preferred

Experience in document control

Knowledge of international standards

Familiar with the ISO9001, ISO13485 standards is preferred.

Have ISO9001, ISO13485 Internal Auditor certificate is preferred

Attention to detail

Skilled in Microsoft Office and Outlook, skilled in Excel is preferred

Fair in English communication skill

Be creative thinking

Good in team working and interpersonal skills

Strong sense of responsibility

Ability to organize own work
