**Responsibilities**
- Lead in managing end-to-end operational transaction of chipstock to ensure potato utilization, quality grading segregation, storage and loss management to serve Production and FG distribution plan efficiently and effectively, covering field operation, pre-post harvesting, receiving, transportation, storage & loss, quality process and concession improvement.
- Lead storage management for LPN, RJN and outside rental cool rooms, ensure the chipstock supply process to Production, enhancing storage capability including oversee Agro quality process and improve quality concession.
- Develop optimum storage cost and minimize potato loss and Lead storage management for LPN, RJN and outside rental cool rooms, ensure the chip stock supply process to Production, enhancing storage capability.
- Manage the quality of potatoes to meet standard requirements (potato receiving manual standard and PC harmonization) and deliver quality potatoes to production as per plan.
- Lead with R&D, QA, and Production for Agro Issue include oversea Agro Quality process and improve quality concession.
- Implement essential technology across all Agronomy to support trial farm operation, research, sustainability program and advice innovation idea that will help in the improvement and/or increment in agricultural crops, and control of resources utilization.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Agriculture (Postharvest, Agronomy, Horticulture), Agro Industry (Food Science, Food Engineering), Engineering (Agricultural Machinery)
- Minimum 10 years experiences in Post-Harvest, Cool Storage Management.
- Experiences in Food-Agro industry, FMCG is preferable.
- Experiences in managing quality system related to Agriculture will be preferable. Strong in GAP, GMP, HACCP, BRC, ISO knowledge.
- Possess good statistical and analytical skills with computer (MS Office) and English literacy. (internal)
- Good command of English and advanced MS Office skills. (external)
- Capable to work flexible and deliver performance within tight timeline.
