** KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**:
**Planning and Budget**
- Work with the Production Supervisor and onshore Support Team to ensure that all certification and inspections are kept up to date.
- Work with the Production Supervisor and onshore Support Team to organize effective (with respect to cost / downtime) PM and CM work plans ensure effective follow up communication.
- Familiar with asset budget to ensure a sound financial understanding of responsibility when identifying and recommending the stock quantities and ordering of maintenance associated equipment and materials.

**Procurement and Logistics**
- Involvement with preferred suppliers, vendors, service contracts and spare parts.
- Management of offshore and onshore supply base maintenance related inventory.

**Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures**
- Ensure all offshore maintenance personnel are conversant with Operations Management System and that associated processes, practices and procedures are adhered to.
- Ensure the offshore maintenance team has a good understanding of AIM Standard (Asset Integrity Management) system to ensure overall compliance.
- Develop, where gaps may exist and implement standard maintenance procedures and instructions as deemed appropriate to ensure compliance with both government regulations and Operations Management System.

**Reports**
- Ensure timely and accurate input into monthly safety reports to meet Business Unit goals and objectives.
- Ensure the maintenance team prepare timely, accurate and concise handover reports with appropriate distribution.
- Regular review of all maintenance reports to ensure company and legislative compliance with no backlog.
- Ensure that data gathering for onshore is properly analyzed and acted on in a timely manner.
- Responsible for managing maintenance KPIs.
- Development, maintenance of and adherence to, equipment reliability / availability of systems.

**Company Representation**
- As and when required act as Company representative / ambassador for all government and Company external related associations with regards to field operations to demonstrate consistency and compliance with legislative regulations and partners.

**HSSE Compliance**
- Responsible for the Maintenance Team delivering agreed performance targets for Corporate / BU HSSE annual goals.
- In association with the onshore Support Team, develop and implement annual goals which shall be directly linked to BU and Corporate goals for self and direct reports.
- Commitment and compliance with HSSE Policy Statement, Operations Management System and Company Core Values.
- Complete understanding of the role with respect to Emergency Response. Ensure direct reports understand their initial response to established plans in relation to Emergency Response.
- With the Production Supervisor, take the lead in preparing offshore emergency training including table top scenarios.

**Accidents and Incidents**
- Responsible for timely, accurate and concise reporting of all accidents and incidents.
- Responsible to ensure selective maintenance personnel are trained to an adequate standard for accident incident reporting, investigation and root cause analysis.
- Lead investigation of accidents and incidents, follow up actions, close out and ensure appropriate communication to prevent recurrence.

**HSSE Record Keeping**
- Work closely with the Field Manager and Production Supervisor to ensure all HSSE aspects are recorded and communicated: this to include but not limited to - accidents / incidents; environmental; emissions; working hours; PTW records; chemical data sheets
- Work closely with the Field Manager and Production Supervisor to ensure all HSSE related actions have been adequately followed up through to closure.

**Training and Development**
- Where appropriate, ensure all maintenance personnel maintain their personal training portfolios copies of which should be held by the Field Manager and Human Capital, where applicable.
- Responsible for the review and update of all maintenance personnel HSSE related training requirements.
** QUALIFICATIONS**:
**Knowledge & Qualifications**:

- Preferably a Petrochemical / Managerial / Engineering related degree although not mandatory.
- Demonstrate a high level of understanding relating to maintaining offshore equipment such as is located on the Company facilities to ensure maximum uptime / minimum downtime in a safe and professional manner.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 10 years working in a petrochemical environment with at least 3 years in an offshore supervisory position. Strong safety and environmental awareness. Proven leadership qualities.
- Experience and understanding of the Oracle Computerized Maintenance Management System.

**Skills**:

- Computer proficient in the use of Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Effective communicator at all levels; fluent in both Thai & English, oral and written.
- Effective in planning and prioritizing work tasks.
