Job Description:

- Solve technical problems of IT equipment
- Execute preventive maintenance of IT equipment
- Install and troubleshoot software and hardware
- Provide advice to employees in using computer systems or equipment
- Record and report IT issues

Qualifications:

- Vocational Certificate - High Vocational Certificate in Computer Science computer techniques Computer technician or other related fields
- 1-2 years of working experience in the computer field will be advantage.
- Have in-depth knowledge of MS Office, MS 365 programs.
- Having interest in learning new technology and be enthusiastic
- Service-minded
- Able to coordinate and communicate with diverse people
- Have good human relations
