What will your day look like?

As our new Technical Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing both organizational and client-focused projects. Your job is to ensure a high level of quality, delivering projects on time and within budget. Your daily tasks will be dynamic and challenging, broadly covering:

- Scoping and developing project plans and technical requirement specifications.
- Data management, analysis and visualization.
- Developing client and stakeholder presentations and reports.
- Collaborating with cross-functional, global teams to ensure that projects fully align with client and stakeholder strategic and/or technical needs.
- Managing projects, which includes securing progress and ensuring deliverables are both on time and within budget while proactively ensuring that obstacles are mitigated, and project risks are minimized.

Who are you going to work with?

You hold a central role amidst a network of Operations Managers, Account Managers, Designers, User Experience Architects, Solution Architects, and Developers.

Your adherence to efficient processes ensures you stay focused and engaged, while your willingness to share your opinion adds valuable insights to the team dynamics.

As the Technical Project Manager role involves managing several projects simultaneously, you are an organized person who can maintain a strategic overview while paying attention to finer details. In addition, you have:

- 6+ years of leading projects and managing client relationships.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience working with data, CRM and dialogue marketing.
- Your experience extends to managing and executing IT projects within CRM, web and/or marketing automation.
- Experience working with agile methodologies, specifically Scrum and/or Kanban.
- Great communication skills, enabling you to articulate complex technical concepts in simple, clear terms.
