**Responsibilities**:

- Source top talent for Coda in Asia-Pacific - primarily for tech roles (Engineering, Product) - to support Coda’s growth
- Design and deliver effective sourcing strategies for assigned roles
- Research market trends for assigned roles to build a solid understanding of target companies and markets to meet our hiring targets
- Support global talent branding efforts to promote Coda’s employer brand to attract the best talent

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year of talent sourcing and/or research experience, preferably for a high growth tech company
- Experience sourcing through LinkedIn and other methods
- Extremely organized and structured with a strong motivation to contribute to Coda's growth
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
