Senior Property Valuer

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct detailed financial analysis and valuation of real estate properties for various purposes, including, sale, purchase, letting, financing, acquisition and public listing
- Undertake site inspection of properties to evaluate construction, condition, special features, functional design, and economic composition of surrounding areas
- Prepare reports, based on internationally accepted industry standards, to communicate the estimates of property values and outline methods used to arrive at sound conclusions for specific real estate property types and business cases
- Use market research data including comparable sales data and income potential to produce estimated property values.
- Provide regular feedback to the Head of Department on the progress of appraisals
- Suggest procedures or processes which may render the team more efficient
- Assist on the day-to-day tasks of inspections, valuation workings and any other ad hoc tasks assigned by the Management
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and their associates
- Other as assigned by the supervisor
- คุณสมบัติ

**Qualifications**:

- Male or female age between 28 - 35
- Bachelor degree in Property Valuation, Real Estate or any related field
- Proficient in the English language, knowledge of Chinese and/or other language will be beneficial
- 7-10 years of relevant property experience with at least 5 years in real estate valuation
- Ability of problem solving, leadership and adaptability skill
- Effective communication and report writing skills
- Be able to work under pressure, conflicting demands and priorities tasks
- Ability to collaborate with a multi-department team
- Excellent command of MS Office
