**About us**:
To monitor DC operation performance, define and analyze problem for process improving by leading solution implementation the respective DC operational teams ensure a process of effective management of operations and support functions to achieve internal and external KPIs.

**Responsibilities**:
**Impact**
- Sets objectives and delivers results that have some longer-term impact within the job area.
- Accurate decisions and recommendation would normally result in the achievement of business result, would prevent noticeable delay in assigned work, and would limit the risk of moderate expenditures of time, human resource, and/or funds.

**Customer/ Stakeholder**
- Provides support and coordination to peers on the implementation of company policies, programs and initiatives required of his/her involvement.
- Meets and communicates with the customer on and consistent basis to understand and fulfill their requirements.

**Problem Complexity/ Process**
- To establish processes and procedures for the take-on of both transferred stock and direct deliveries from suppliers-ensuring accurate data capture and verification of goods received.
- To establish agree and implement an ongoing system of perpetual inventory checking and stock verification-ensuring that audited activity matches designed procedures.
- Participating in safety committee initiatives-allows and supports staff to participate in safety committees as required.
- Advises and trains employees to carry out potentially hazardous work practices.
- Complies with company OHS policy and procedures.

**People/ Management**
- Oversees overall people processes within the scope of responsibility to ensure compliance with Human Resource policies.
- Estimates staffing need and schedules and assigns work to subordinates.
- Coordinates with the HR Department in the recruitment and selection process
- Develops and evaluates performance targets and goals.
- To train control staff to use systems and procedures and to develop appropriate monitoring processes.

**Requirements**:
**Skills**
- Computer literate in MS Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Business understanding in data analysis, supply chain management and product knowledge.
- Presentation Skills (Excellent)
- Facilitation and training skills (Excellent)
- Proficiency Problem Solving, Management Decision Making, Project Execution skills, Initiative thinking and understand customer’s need
- Database skills
- MS Software skills (Word, Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Excellence in regression analysis, logic, statistics, mathematics
- Communication skills, spoken and written (English and local language)

**Competencies**
- Leadership skills and abilities to coach the team members are mandatory
- Commitment (“Walk the Talk”, i.e., do what promised in the scale promised)
- Customer (Satisfaction) orientation (Internal)

**Work Availability**
- Able to work 6 days/week required
