- Create Graphic Designs, Motion designs, Video editorial, Live video material for Online Platforms such as Websites, social media
- Understand Marketing Psychology to maximize graphic designs for marketing
- Work along current brand identity guidelines while also evolving the brand to new levels
- Conceptualize new ideas and integrate them into new graphic designs or templates
- Overlook junior designers in the team to help guide, correct and develop work
- Manage and monitor seasonal scheme and promotion activities, as well as the development of style and market awareness, to support the gross sales of the organization
- Design with a creative mindset that is optimized for business growth
- Understand product materials and dimensions to optimize illustration on final designs
- Sketch and illustrate outlines/concepts of new designs for the team to evaluate and feedback.
- Brainstorm over briefs to get the best concept and guidelines for new designs
- Manage project timeline & SLA
- Able to take on feedback from customers & internal teams for product optimization

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Comm. Arts, or related fields
- 2-5 years of experience in Graphic Design and/or Visual Merchandising
- Highly proficient in Design working tools (Adobe Creative Suite)
- Passion in Design and/or Technology is preferred
- Ability to communicate in English is a plus
- Able to take on feedback and revise designs
- Must be able to manage projects and follow up on progress
- High attention to detail and good problem-solving skills
- Teamwork Oriented and able to work in dynamic culture
