Ocean Freight Import Team Leader

We are urgently seeking for our vacancy job as below detail;
**Position**:Ocean Freight Import Team Leader**
**(Based at Head Office, Rama 9 )**
**Key Responsibilities:
- **
- Handle daily operation include track and trace management so as to monitor goods at all time.
- Supervises and manages a team of people, which will include organizing work schedule.
- Prompt action and response to customer and DGF network to support daily operation and problem solving
- Be responsible for training of staff and handling all customers’ complaints. To be able to negotiate claims with customers.
- Closely monitor operations and drive through performance to meet KPIs criteria.
- To prepare reports on the performance of Ocean Freight Import department and suggest improvements that will enhance the company’s profit margins.
**Qualification:
- **
- Bachelor Degree or higher in Logistics or any related field.
- At least 5-8 years’ experience in Freight forwarding industry with strong academic background in Ocean Freight Import.
- Service-mind with good customer relationship skills.
- Strong interpersonal skill and cooperate with all levels including management.
- Excellent MS office skills (Words, Excel, Power Point).
- Good command of both spoken and written English.
