**Essential Job Functions**:

- Verify Claim
- Organize and manage documents
- Prepare monthly reports and check that all data are correct before submit to customer
- Professionally handle phone calls that receiving from Customers and our Providers
- Perform other duties and special assignments as required

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in related field
- 1 year work experience in Insurance/Medical/Hospital
- knowledge of claims will be advantage
- Good Attitude
- Good command in English
- Good Teamwork Skill
- Good Interpersonal Skill
- Required computer skill at least Word and Excel
