You are a web designer and are able to design custom websites from scratch. You have an understanding of sales-promoting website design and know the psychological background such as color pair compatibility?

We are a small company that creates websites for customers in Switzerland. The aim is for our customers to generate more inquiries online. To do this, we design sales-promoting websites and operate the necessary advertising. Are you a team player and like challenges? With us you have the opportunity to grow and express yourself creatively.
We communicate in English. Good English language skills are therefore mandatory.

As we are a small team, attitude is key. It is vital that you are a team player who enjoys collaborative decision making, whilst being able to take the lead when required. Our office is a fast-paced environment where we work hard, but also have a good time

**requirements**:

- Able to use Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma or Adobe XD
- Experience with wordpress and onepage (or similar)
- have knowledge about design, the composition and selection of the appropriate mood & tone and be creative
- Stay up to date with new design trends
- Desktop/Mobile UI Design, Banner, Infographic
- Understand how to display Responsive website
- understanding of color theory and psychological tricks regarding converting web design
