- **Assists users day-to-day functionality and efficiency**:

- **Experience providing IT technical support in a windows environment (Windows OS & Office365) working with desktops, laptops, tables, telephony solutions & smart phones.**:

- **Configures, installs and maintains software systems**:

- **Provides IT on/off boarding of PMTT users**
