Data Analyst (Junior Associate)

Bangkok, Thailand (Full-time)
- We're looking for a passionate **Data Analyst** to join our stellar Product team and help create the most powerful freelancing platform in Southeast Asia. As the No.1 Everything Store for Services in the region, we’re revolutionizing how businesses and individuals access top-tier professional expertise. In this role, you will be a vital part to unlock actionable insights and fuel data-driven decision-making, turning complex data into impactful strategies. As you strive to meet and exceed quota, you will always act in the best interest of the company, align with Fastwork’s culture and values, and contribute to the lively dynamic of the team.**Responsibilities**
- Design, develop, and execute end-to-end data analytics projects, from data extraction to dashboard creation, insights generation, and on-demand analysis.
- Provide consultation to Product, Marketing, Operations, and Business Development teams on data-related activities, offering both data support and proactive insights and recommendations.
- Actively contribute analytical recommendations to support the continuous enhancement of our products and services.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights tailored to various stakeholders.

**Basic Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related fields; basic knowledge of statistics is a plus.
- 1 year of experience in data analytics (new graduates with strong potential are highly encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in Excel and SQL-based databases is required.
- Strong analytical skills and a growth mindset are essential.
- Eager to learn and expand knowledge in business and operations domains.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Certification from a data analytics bootcamp is highly desirable.
- Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager is advantageous.
- Familiarity with or experience in creating real use cases using Generative AI is a plus.
